MAYAH offers a pay per call service (only available for customers located in and calling from Germany). This Service provides immediate first level support for your MAYAH Devices. Simply dial 09001 – 629992 for immediate first level support.

Did you know which audio coding formats MAYAH recommends?

Our devices can handle every audio coding format available, but there are some we cannot help but recommend. Opus is unbeaten for the best balance between bitrate and quality. For a widely used standards with great performance for full band signals we recommend AAC HE. Finally, FLAC is best when you just cannot compromise quality, no matter the cost in used bandwidth. Luckily, our new products now support FLAC as well.
